Each year I love to receive the inspiring photos provided by one of our favourite suppliers, Raz Imports. Using their range of decorations, ribbons and foliage they show us how to create amazing Christmas Trees, mantels and table pieces.

One of the great benefits of having my own business is supporting other businesses, community groups, and in this case football clubs. As a life long North Melbourne supporter (for anyone not from Melbourne I'm talking about AFL or Aussie Rules football) I was delighted to provide them with some decorations for a special family day being held just prior to Christmas.

Looking for ways to add some Christmas to the outside of your home. While decorating the entire home and garden in fairy lights appeals to some, the time and effort required doesn't appeal to others. So, here are some simple ideas to create festive cheer to your home this year.

I'm lucky enough to work with a fabulous team.  Some of the staff came over to celebrate and share the magic of Christmas.

Every year I've wanted to make a Christmas Garland for my front door. However, when we built our home I put in a lovely tall door - the only problem was it left me no clearance for a garland.

One of the most common requests we receive is for tips to create garlands for mantels or tables (such as a sofa table). Therefore, as part of the in-store demo series we created this video to show you how simple it is to create beautiful garland decorations.

What a great week end! Our store is now open. Firstly, on Friday night there was the official opening with nibbles and drinks. Clients, reps, friends, local business owners, and family all mingled over a glass of bubbles and helped up celebrate in the new store.

On Tuesday after closing the store we set to work. In about an hour and a quarter we had each made our wreath. The consensus was it was much easier than they had expected. A few of the staff also commented on how pleasantly surprised their families were with their efforts.

Each year it is nearly impossible to narrow down the options to choose the main feature tree designs for our tree. These feature trees are designed to illustrate wonderful colour options, as well as creative ways of using less traditional items in the tree.

To say we had a busy day yesterday is an understatement. 3 very large deliveries from 3 of our favourite suppliers. First to arrive was our delivery of glass from our favourite German supplier, Inge Glass. Always beautiful and elegant, it is a staple favourite of ours. The glass ball backs are the perfect filler pieces, and then the feature decorations are always so beautiful on any tree.
