How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. During peak sale periods, dispatch may extend to up to 5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia and offer shipping of smaller parcels to New Zealand.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
Orders must be collected within 10 business days of receiving your pickup notification.
Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays, and pickup timeframes will automatically extend around our Christmas and New Year closure period.
Christmas closure dates:
• Tuesday 23 December – open until 2:00pm
• Closed from Wednesday 24 December to Sunday 28 December
• Open Monday 29 December – Wednesday 31 December (closing at 2:00pm)
• Closed from Thursday 1 January to Sunday 4 January
• Normal operations resume Monday 5 January

Collection is available Monday to Friday, 8am–3pm (excluding public holidays)
